FFA Alumni sausage sale starts
Sale continues
to Feb. 17 with
pick up on 3/2
at high school
Bellevue FFA Alumni annual sausage sale is currently underway. This is one of the group’s top fundraising activities and has proven successful for them over the years. This year’s proceeds will be going toward numerous scholarships.
Together with Bellevue Meats, we hope to give as many scholarships as possible. This year’s sale will end Feb. 17 and all sausage must be picked up March 2 from 9 a.m.-noon in the vo ag room. This year’s sausage will be prepared by Bellevue Meats.
You may ask what is FFA:
The National FFA Organization (also known as Future Farmers of America) envisions a future in which all agricultural education students will discover their passion in life and build on that insight to chart the course for their education, career and personal future.
FFA makes a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.
Agricultural education prepares students for successful careers and a lifetime of informed choices in the global agriculture, food, fiber and natural resources systems.
The Alumni, together with Bellevue Meats, does not want financial difficulties to stand in the way of your child’s education. Not everyone can afford to get involved in all that the FFA Organization has to offer.
The alumni want as many of our fine youth to take advantage of these opportunities as possible. We have created a scholarship to help fund the students that work hard but just cannot make the financial commitment.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact any Alumni or FFA member or e-mail Holly at hspero@frontier.com or call 419–217-4037 or 419–656-8220.
