Dust tests revealed something significant’ in cancer cluster probe
Clayton Hall, Jr.
Clayton Hall, Jr. 79, of Clyde, died on Sunday, July 3, 2011 at his home.
Mr. Hall was born Feb. 2, 1932 in Green Springs, to the late Clayton, Sr. and Myrtle (Moyer) Hall.
He graduated from York High School in 1950. He had owned and operated the Hall's Farm Market from the 1960s through the 1990s. For seven and a half years he had worked at the railroad. Clayton had a passion for playing the organ and had toured the factory in Chicago where his had been made. He enjoyed fishing and catchin’. He was a life-long farmer.
Survivors include his brother Dean (Mary G. “DeDe”) Hall of Minocqua, Wis.; four nieces and nephews, Sheila Hall, Dean T. Hall, Charles (Kathleen) Hall and Theresa (Darren) Jackson; five great nieces and nephews, Reagan, Ally, Ryan, Bridget and Daniel; also Tod and Joanne Bower, his very good friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 5, from 5 to 7 p.m., at the Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 S. Main St. in Clyde.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 6, at 10:30 a.m., at the funeral home, with additional visitation from 9:30 a.m. until the services. Burial will be in the Bellevue Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Flat Rock Children's Home.
